REGISTRATION CLOSED

This is the on-line registration system for the ULTRA SIERRA NEVADA. From here you can easily register for the race of your choice. Read carefully the procedure and follow the payment instructions.

If you want to modify some data of your registration you can do it in the PARTICIPANT AREA.

Refunded of registration

All participants will have the right to cancel their registration and receive the corresponding refund.

  •  75% up to 3 months before the event
  • 50% up to 2 months before the event
  • 0% from 05/02/2024

 

With CANCELLATION INSURANCE -> 100% registration until 15 days before the event.

After this period no refund will be made.

  • Only requests for refunds due to cancellation sent before the last 2 months prior to the event and 15 days before the celebration of the event will be accepted if it is with cancellation insurance to the mail ultrasierranevada@terraincognita.group .
  • All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.
  • Once the cancellation request has been made, the place becomes available to the Organization, who will assign it to the candidate who occupies the first position on the waiting list at that time.
  • If the event has to be cancelled due to COVID19 reasons, a full refund of the registration fee will be offered (*excluding the administration fees paid during the registration process).

Cancellation insurance

The organization offers a cancellation insurance in which the 100% of the entry fee will be refunded to all those runners who have subscribed to this service and have submitted a document crediting the severity and / or greater because of the withdrawal.Such refund shall only be made until 15 days before the start of the race,. After this date the entry fee will not be refunded.

PRICE INSURANCE: Ultra 15€ – R3L3VOS 10€ – Trail 10€ – Maratón 10€ – Media 5€

Cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration. Once the registration has been formalised, it will not be possible to take out cancellation insurance.

Change of Bib´s name

The organization offers the possibility of changing the name of the bib number as long as there is no waiting list in the registered form.

To make the change you will have to contract the Dorsal Transfer in SERVICES and, subsequently, send an email to ultrasierranevada@terraincognita.group with the new runner datas.

  • Last date for changes is 15 days before the race
  • Once a runner has requested a change, in 7 days the change will be effective.
  • Cost: 5 €.

Change modality

The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in the said modality. In case the modality to which you want to change is inferior to the registered one, the difference will be paid to you discounting 3€ for management expenses. In case you want to change to a higher modality, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both inscriptions.

To make the change you will have to request it by sending an email to ultrasierranevada@terraincognita.group.

Registration fee include

  • Registration for the race.
  • Aid station solid and liquid during the race and finish.
  • Assistance during the race by the medical device and safety set by the Organization.
  • Timing system and Live following.
  • Shuttle service to the finish line of the participants who withdraws from the race in the checkpoints that have control of Withdrawal.
  • Transport of personal bag each corridor from Start line in Granada to Güejar Sierra and to Finish line in Pradollano. (See conditions in the Regulation)
  • Welcome Runner Bag with sponsors gifts.
  • Finisher medal for those runners who finish the EXTREMA, ULTRA, TRAIL, MARATÓN and MEDIA within the time set by the Organization.
  • T-Shirt exclusive for all runners of the ULTRA, TRAIL, MARATÓN & MEDIA.
  • Finisher T-Shirt for all runners of the ULTRA, TRAIL, MARATÓN & MEDIA.
  • All registrations for ULTRA SIERRA NEVADA be made exclusively online through the web portal enabled.​
