TRAINING CAMP USN
Come to the USN Training Camp directed by MIGUEL HERAS, one of the best trail runners in the world and ambassador of the tenth anniversary of the Ultra Sierra Nevada.
Learn running technique, nutrition tips, seasonal preparation tips and endless tips and techniques that will help you prepare and better meet your goals.
DATE: 17 and 18 February
PLACE: We will soon announce the different places where the various activities will take place. All trail activities will be along the Ultra Sierra Nevada route..
SATURDAY 17th (Morning) The Training Camp will start on Saturday morning with a training session on Climbing Technique, Downhill Technique and Poles Technique.
SATURDAY 17th (Afternoon) Technical talk on how to prepare for a trail season and a talk on sports nutrition for trail running.
SATURDAY 17th (Evening) Short night training session
SUNDAY 18th (Morning) Long training differentiated by levels.
MEALS: Meals are not included. The organisation is closing a menu for the participants to eat all together and to promote coexistence. These meals will be added to the price of the Training Camp.
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation is not included. The organisation is closing a promotional price with a Hotel to offer to the participants. In this Hotel the technical talks of the Training Camp will be held.
REFRESHMENT: The organisation will provide refreshments during the long training.
TRASNPORT: The training sessions will be circular, starting and finishing at the same point. The organisation will have a transport system for participants who withdraw along the way in case of injury.
LIMITED PLACES: 50 places maximum.
