The REL3VOS modality will share the course and refreshment stations with the TRAIL modality and will also include the ascent to Pico Veleta in the ULTRA modality.
The R3L3VOS will start the first relay at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11 in Cenes de la Vega together with the TRAIL modality.
The itinerary takes direction to Quéntar where the first relay will take place and from where the second relay of the team will start, to then go to the town of Pinos Genil.
The course of the Genil River marks the beginning of the most demanding section of the race: the ascent to Sierra Nevada. 40 kilometers in which it will be necessary to overcome a difference in altitude of more than 2,500 meters to reach the top of the race at the foot of Pico Veleta at 3,100 meters of altitude.
Before, at the refreshment station of El Dornajo, the second relay will take place and the third and last relay of the team will take off towards the Veleta. From the Veleta, a vertiginous descent will lead to the finish line at the Pradollano Ski Resort, at an altitude of 2,100 m, where the three members of the team will enter together.

The start of the RELAY event will take place on Saturday, 11 April, at 6:00 a.m. from the Municipal Sports Centre in Cenes de la Vega.
The finish line for the Unicaja Ultra Sierra Nevada will be in Plaza de Pradollano, Sierra Nevada.

There will be generalized and/or random material controls at any point along the route. Failure to wear any of these items will result in the immediate invalidation of the race bib.
The use of spiked mountain shoes specific for ice and snow races (with built-in spike system) is also allowed.
(It can be left in the Pradollano life bag).
Clothing upper part (It is not mandatory to run with it):
1st Layer (inner): Short or long sleeve thermal/technical undershirt.
2nd Layer (intermediate): Windbreaker.
3rd Layer (outer): Waterproof outer jacket with hood and long sleeves between 5,000mm – 10,000mm Schmerber water columns.
(It can be left in the Pradollano life bag).
Bottom clothing (It is not mandatory to run with it):
1st Layer: 3/4 or long thermal/technical tights.
2nd Layer (outer): Waterproof pants.
(It can be left in the Pradollano life bag).
Each ULTRA, R3LEVOS and TRAIL runner will be able to deliver two bags, given by the organization when picking up the race bib, with the material he/she may need.
One bag will be at the refreshment post in the town of Pinos Genil and the other bag will go to the refreshment post in Pradollano, before the ascent, and then to the finish line.
Both bags are delivered to the checkroom located at the start before entering the start box.
Only the bags delivered by the organization will be accepted, which will be identified with the race number and place of destination.
The bag transported by the organization to the CP, Pinos Genil, will be transported to the finish checkroom once used in Pinos Genil.
The material must be, as mentioned above, in the bag provided by the organization.
The RELEVOS MARATHON and HALF distances will also have this checkroom service with a single bag that will go from the start to the finish line.
Due to the great difference in weather conditions between the different sections of the Unicaja Ultra Sierra Nevada course and the impossibility of knowing for sure the weather conditions during the race, the mandatory equipment indicated will be MANDATORY from start to finish.
Except for CRAMPONS and WATERPROOF PANTS (ULTRA / WATCHES) that can be left in the life bag to be picked up at Pradollano.
It may seem excessive but in the mountains you never know what can happen and in case of an accident this material is vital.

The organization has also planned a FREE shuttle bus service for all runners who finish in Pradollano and wish to go to Granada that will connect Pradollano with Granada, where the start of the Unicaja Ultra Sierra Nevada took place.
The bus service schedules are as follows:
*Those registered for the marathon are recommended to take the bus to get to Quéntar, otherwise, they may have parking problems due to the limitations of the municipality.
